Marta holds two bachelor’s degrees in economics and law from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in sociology and demography at UPF. Her research interests lie in contributing to establishing a better understanding of the mechanisms that give rise to social inequalities, particularly in the housing and labor markets, as well as in investigating social groups that are experiencing growing inequalities. Marta has gained experience in research on inequalities and social and economic rights by working with a number of international organizations. Currently, she is a consultant for Observatori DESC.
